We frequently go to a Meadery for family celebrations, like our recent wedding anniversary. While the menu is simple, there is a dish to please everyone. Our group enjoyed the Chicken in the rough, which consists of deep-fried chicken and chips served on a wooden platter. View all feedback.

Another excellent meal, we were a large group, the staff did a commendable job, and were all friendly and cheerful all evening, all food served at the same time, drinks orders were at the table quickly, and each person had an indervidual bill which makes paying simple, all in all an excellent evening which finished of an excellent day.
Lovely restaurant with a pirate theme. The waiting staff are fun and friendly. There is not a huge menu but certainly enough for every palate. The portions are large with an option to go smaller for children or smaller appetites. Overall a good experience and would certainly be worth doing again.
Typical meadery food, great for party atmosphere, lively and friendly staff, good bar on first floor and rooof terrace with a super view. Food whilst basic is served hot and is good value..
