The carvery at this restaurant is incredible. The meat is juicy and delicious, and the roast potatoes are crispy and flavorful. It's also nice to have creamed leaks as an option. The staff is very friendly. View all feedback.

This has discouraged me from returning, which is unfortunate because I really enjoy their desserts and the food itself is excellent. It would be more cost-effective to include all the sides in the overall price of the carvery. I hope they reconsider their pricing strategy and go back to their previous model.

We were warmly welcomed by a female staff member who seated us and gave us menus. Another staff member took our drink order and promptly returned with them, although she seemed disinterested in her job and barely made eye contact unlike her colleague. Our food order was taken and our meals arrived in less than 10 minutes. I ordered a toasted ham and cheese sandwich with salad, cucumber, and tortilla. However, the salad was overdressed and not mentioned on the menu, which I did not enjoy. The salad leaves were limp and the sandwich was made with basic sliced bread from the supermarket, which was unappealing. The ham was tasty, but there was an excessive amount of cheese that was bland and greasy. I was disappointed that a restaurant with a good reputation could not provide a better quality sandwich with fresh bread and flavorful cheese, especially at their prices. Overall, it was a disappointing lunch experience.
Beautiful lunch no complaints but felt it unnecessary to put parsnips and cauliflower cheese on as an extra side with the cost of £4 , this is basic stuff that is normally included in the cost of your carvery
Visited yesterday afternoon and would normally have a roast on a Sunday as it’s always fantastic, but got tempted by the specials menu, the calamari starter was incredible! For main I had the ‘Tomerpork’ which was beautiful, cooked and presented perfectly. 5 Stars as always!
