I didn't feel very welcomed this time, as it had been much friendlier in the past. They no longer have events like live music or quiz nights, and to be honest, there are better places to go in Hugh Town. Hopefully, it will improve in the future because I've had great experiences there in the past.

T... read more Every time we visit this place, we are greeted by a lovely and friendly atmosphere. They always have sports on TV that you can watch while enjoying your meal. The Sunday lunch roast is delicious and reasonably priced. It is a private club, but they are welcoming to visitors.

Our meals were lukewarm at best, and when we returned them for being cold, they were only microwaved and still not hot. The staff did not seem to care about our concerns. At £15 each, the meal was overpriced for the quality. We will not be coming back.

The restaurant staff were already clearing up and remarked that we were late, but said they would figure something out. We were served leftover beef or turkey with watery, tasteless gravy, dried up stuffing balls, chewy parsnips, and potatoes that were lukewarm. The food should not have been served in that condition. There was no effort to check if we were satisfied, otherwise we would have expressed our disappointment. We paid £35 for two plates of leftovers. Unfortunately, the service at Scillonian Club was not up to standard. Despite being a loyal customer for years, we will not be returning.

They have a variety of meat options and also offer a vegetarian choice. The staff, especially Ness and Ches, were very welcoming and friendly. The desserts are delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the Sticky Toffee Pudding.
