read moreIn a recently revitalized dining spot, the Spice Room offers a mixed bag of experiences. Diners have praised its welcoming atmosphere and flavorful dishes, particularly appreciating the sharing platter and well-prepared curries. However, concerns over cleanliness have surfaced, with reports of dirty plates, cutlery, and stray hairs in food. Delivery times have been inconsistent, frustrating patrons eager to enjoy takeout. Despite some service shortcomings, there are glowing anecdotes of personal attention from staff, with one customer’s delivery surpassing expectations. Overall, the restaurant showcases potential, but it’s essential for management to address these issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
