I also found it questionable that they still offer a se... read more This place is a chaotic mess. My pizza order was 30 minutes late and ended up making my 5-year-old sick. I also found it questionable that they still offer a self-serve buffet post-covid, as I witnessed unsanitary behavior. I will be returning the remains of the pizza after cleaning it off various surfaces. Pizza Hut used to be great in the 80's, but they need to improve and get rid of the buffet and unsanitary drink machine.

Amazing job will always come back for this kind of service. Thank you A massive thank you to the staff member Dawn also for great customer service and always checking in on us and how our food was, amazing customer skills thank you

The restaurant was empty, which was not sur... read more We celebrated a 13th birthday at this restaurant with 3 adults and 3 kids, and ended up spending over £100 on pizza. The restaurant was empty, which was not surprising. The chandelier above us was dirty, and the salad bar was lacking. The waitress was nice, but we were disappointed with the ordering system that required us to use our own phones when dining in a group. Additionally, the restaurant did not accept cash. Overall, for the price we paid, we will not be returning.

Went for my daughters birthday and well I would have rather been on the Titanic. For one the service would have been a lot better and I'm sure I would have received what I ordered. Half of our order never arrived, and then was asked if we wanted our ice cream to take away!! Tried complaining to the manager but they hid so couldn't. All in all if you want a pizza go to a local independent, guarantee you will get a better meal and experience. Not that its that hard

Staff visibly on their phones, no check back, staggered delivery of food, a morgue would have a better atmosphere. Staff member also dropped cutlery on the floor and just put it back on the table. Take an anti bac wipe if planning a visit.
