decent English eating. generous portioning and good value for money. try the purple rain cocktail, it is delicious. that was pretty fast. we had a great time here. that was the only place open and they could accept cards. the wind affected the nearby places badly and they only accepted cash. it was hard to get any because the cash machines were also down. What Steve Lincs1 doesn't like about King Arthur's Arms Inn:
My two children and I went to this restaurant for breakfast on a Saturday morning in August. The place was bustling with patrons, with a designated breakfast area separate from the main pub area. We found a table, grabbed some menus, and placed our order at the bar. The breakfast was made to order, so we had to wait about 20 minutes, but it was worth it for the fresh food. Very welcoming pub with very friendly staff. excellent service, good choice of gf options and very tasty, good portion sizes. in any case recommend.

Beautiful place. we parked here with the intention to go to the castle. there was a mobility problem that arrived there, so we did the next best. we called here for refreshments. a nice barman served us with great ales and a smile. we offered to buy bottled water for our little dog, but he insisted that we could fill our water bottle with their icey water for free. bier tasted great, the weather was nice and even allowed my wife a taste booster of rattlers ananas cider (of which she then ordered a pint, although she did not like ananas). toilets were immaculate and we enjoyed our short experience very much.
Friendly staff. clean and beautifully spaced tables. not too busy, although we were there at 12 noon, we had not booked but were offered a table and our eating appeared 10 minutes after our order. Sunday roast with 5 veg, roast pots, stuff, yorkshire pudding and gravy. very generous!
Left here 3 nights and would have stayed here longer if I had. it is very central with the burg tintagel directly on the road. everything is too foot of busses, attractions and eating. it's on the main road. at this time they serve breakfast in the morning and it is very tasty. everyone was very nice and answered all the questions I had. the shower in my bathroom was amazing.
