What ruddyhell doesn't like about Kfc:
Very disappointed. Staff were rude. I ordered a boneless dipping banquette only to be told there was no popcorn chicken after a brief discussion I agreed to 4 extra boneless pieces, only to find when I got home instead I had 3 pieces of bone in chicken and no dipping sauces at all. Not quite the dipping banquette I was hoping for. As an added insult they also gave me diet Pepsi instead of Pepsi max petty I know but p... View all feedback.
Waiting 2 hours to be served , no covid restrictions either . in the end i got the wrong order too . would stay clear
It took ages to get some food through the drive through. Sat in our car queuing on one of the hottest days of the year. After 25 minutes we reached the order point only to find out then that they have no ice cream. We will avoid in the future.
Soon as we got to the till window I thought to myself looked minging inside got our order went somewhere to sit and eat and opened the burger box and a long hair just sticking out of the burger absolutely disgusting took it back asked for refund gave them the food back wouldn’t even eat it for free still waiting on refund will never return there again
Waited 30 minutes for food only for our order to be wrong. Terrible customer service, won’t be visiting again.
It's like any KFC for the food which was ok .. the only thing was the tables inside and out were not great and the bins were overflowing abit , but the service was good
