Costa Coffee - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

So they close this a daily important visit for my costa fix, although the journey through makes sense in the current climate.

I have bought coffee here before and service was not great, these times I have never published an evaluation because I thought it could be "on off day", but the last time I was there, the girl did not hear what I ordered, chai lattes...and a muffin and brownie, but they only got a drink through, my points were not on my Costa account either and so I had to go through. the personal must take care of the provision of customer service, as it has no and the body language it shows!

We wanted a fast snack and asked for brown toast and tee only white brot was available, it was only accepted that this was not on the menu. we then decided for roasted tee cake, which was a mistake, it was hard and tasteless obviously stale. we have blown the tee for the old, but it was the weakest thing we've ever had to order the unfortunate. what a waste of time and money ugh.

We have visited many costas - best, but some very poor and some very good. that was the latter – very good – due to the employees who had organized everything so well, and they all seemed to work together as a team. Why can't. all costas like these are organized. so please read the costa management and see how this team works! Congratulations!
