The restaurant is also very clean and tables are cleared promptly. The food is also quite enjoyable!

The food was delicious, the portions were generous, the price... read more My wife and I decided to have breakfast at this restaurant while staying at a nearby holiday home. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, the prices were reasonable, and the coffees were delightful. We were tempted to buy some of the amazing and huge cakes to take away, but we had a full day of activities ahead of us so we passed. Now we regret not getting them, as we are still thinking about how delicious they looked.

We decided to order the full breakfast and poached eggs on toast from the diverse menu, and we were not disappointed - the dishes were delicious. The staff were friendly and courteous, and the restaurant was impeccably clean with charming traditional decor. The only minor issue was that a couple of the knives in the cutlery tray were not as clean as we would have liked, but we believe this was likely a one-time oversight. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful establishment!
