What Emma A likes about Asda:
We have used this branch of ASDA for click and collect and a delivery to our pitch at a campsite during a 10 day stay in the area, and I can’t fault them at all. Brilliant service and good products ALTHOUGH short life span on milk, which is annoying. View all feedback. What isitweekend doesn't like about Asda:
We visited here at the start of our holiday and I can honestly say some of the staff were just plain rude, when I asked where something was they just waved a arm in a general direction, people stacking shelves glared if we dared to get something from where they were working and the lady who served us was so miserable, didn't once try and engage in any conversation, smile or look happy. read moreThe St Austell branch of ASDA presents a mixed bag of experiences for its patrons. While many praise the fresh offerings and value, particularly in the café, where improvements in service and menu quality have been noted, others express frustration over lengthy waits and staffing shortages. Accessibility remains a concern for disabled shoppers, highlighting challenges in navigating the store. On a brighter note, the pharmacy and optician services receive commendations for their professionalism and friendly staff. Overall, ASDA St Austell holds potential for a pleasant shopping experience, bolstered by a wide selection, yet it still has areas requiring attention.
