Reviews - Kfc
Reviews summary
The restaurant received mixed reviews, with complaints ranging from outdated appearance to subpar food quality. Customers reported rude staff, wrong orders, and missing items. One reviewer noted a lack of flavor in their chicken, a disappointment for someone craving the familiar KFC taste. Despite some quick service and acceptable prices, the general consensus seemed to be that the restaurant was no longer living up to its former reputation.
Was Chris Breckenridge at Kfc a mag?
I hadn't eaten KFC in a long time and was really wanting some extra crispy chicken. Although all the food was hot and fresh, it felt like the chicken lacked flavor. It didn't taste like the usual KFC quality. Maybe it was just this batch, but I was somewhat disappointed with this meal. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Kfc:
Wont go without a coupon, NEVER eat in or use the bathroom and they never order enough of a special to last the duration of a promotion.Still waiting to try Extra Greasy Crunchy or a double down.Their employees are dressed like 1980's clowns and they care so little. View all feedback.

The menu at this restaurant is quite diverse, featuring a variety of items along with frequent limited-time offerings. The service is friendly, though it can be a bit slow, even for solo diners. However, what detracts from my overall impression is the condition of the building itself. It feels very outdated and lacks a welcoming atmosphere. The exterior is in desperate need of a refresh, and the parking lines could use repainting. Inside, the seating is adequate and can accommodate groups, but the decor is minimal, and the lighting doesn’t create a pleasant ambiance—making the place feel somewhat neglected. When compared to nearby alternatives, KFC is decent, and the food is enjoyable if you're not in a rush. However, the overall presentation of the restaurant prevents me from wholeheartedly recommending it.
NO TIME MACHINE NEEDED !!! Want to show your kids what the 1980s looked like ? Bring them to the KFC in Cornwall Ontario and be instantly transported back to the 1980s retro era. The entirety of this building obviously has not been renovated since the mid 1980s First arriving I thought that this location was abandoned from the outside condition of the building. All the signage is faded and decorations are falling off of the building. The inside dining room looks just like I remembered as a child in the 1980s everything is original, including all the faded pictures on the wall and the seating and tables the only thing that was missing was the tin ashtrays, and the cigarette smoke in the dining room. No music just very creepy and depressing. The food was OK nothing special but I don’t think I would ever return to this location again. So if you would like to show your family, what a restaurant sort of looked like 40 years ago, bring them here , although it would’ve been a lot more cleaner back then inviting looking. The owners and management should be embarrassed of the condition of this restaurant. The colonel would be very sad :
This restaurant is extremely dirty. The floor and tables are greasy, there are broken ceiling tiles, and the children’s high chair is unclean. The food is also disappointing.

Been awhile but not bad.no salad with 3 piece meal.Windows very dirty and a weird
Old, grungy, Luke warm food.I ordered a condo with a coleslaw. When I asked for a fork I was told that they didn't have any. That's it. That is how the conversation ended!
The restaurant appears dilapidated and deserted. It's shocking that the owners would allow a well-known establishment like KFC to look so unkempt. The environment is not clean and the orders are frequently incorrect. It's difficult to understand why anyone would want to dine here. The owners and management should feel ashamed.

I went there a few years ago, (Brookdale) and bought a great special, 15 pieces chicken for approx. 17.50, I have not seen any special that has been good since!! I always feel like KFC is such an RIP-off when I go there with...family of 3 I could end up spending 50.00 After adding the darn tax, and I wonder why I didn't go to a regular restaurant.
It's an eye mad. The awning falls, not to mention, it is faded and the underlying grid is black and looks like mold. The bushes in the front are so big that you can't see the shield, it's a shame that the French owner is no longer proud of his business. It could make more money if it looked better.
Went in tonight on the Brookdale location about 8 pm. Store was empty. No employees,No one ! Waited 15 min, even calling out for anyone...NO ANSWER ,Nobody !! Got fed up and went somewhere else where they obviously care about customers. Never going there again...EVER !
After a pleasant walk from the Comfort Inn, we had a great fried chicken dinner. The chicken was truly crispy and hot fries. Lots of seating room. Quiet area.
The old Colonel Sanders wouldn't tolerate these changes, not sure what I sometimes ate. Chicken has been cut again looks terrible, the once large Coleslaw has also been changed appearance and taste like sh_t! As with Brookdale it is an example of how corporate has become... not only the food, but the whole look of this once big restaurant chain. To think at a time, people would be like crazy on Brookdale to get the old KFC. You don't have the TRAINING, just the NUMBERS. As for Brookdale tare it build a new, it is disusting!
