Service was friendly, but on the slow side. The wrap fillings were sparse compared to other places. I also had potatoes with garlic sauce. The potatoes were nicely cooked, but quite bland. I was very disappointed with the garlic sauce, which was more like mayonnaise.

I come here all the time now with there amazing selection of foods and beverages with salad bowls to delicious and crispy shawarma with their own twist on it. One employee by the name of Afan is always there and delivering the best service I always go to him for questions and recommendations. I suggest everyone to go and try this place it is exceptional and you are guaranteed amazing food and service!

Service could have been faster and more efficient, as there were only two customers in the place.

While the atmosphere was lovely with beautiful people and a clean environment, the meal itself was lacking. The chicken and kofta were not impressive; the kofta was very tough and had a flavor reminiscent of basic hamburger meat, as if it had been pre-cooked and just heated up. The pita was also tough, and the rice was nothing special. I would only consider returning for the salad.

Putti... read more I had never tried Boustan before, but I've had my fair share of shawarma. With a 4.4-star rating, I thought it would be a good choice, but I was mistaken. Putting coleslaw in shawarma? Not a fan. The toum (garlic sauce) was quite bland and tasted more like mayonnaise than garlic or lemon. The pickled turnips seemed old and lacked the bright pink color I'm used to. It did not match the quality of shawarma I’ve had in Ottawa. Additionally, the garlic potatoes were soft rather than crispy, which could have been due to them sitting out for too long. On a positive note, the dining area was clean and the service was decent, which earned it an extra star. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning. They were not like any I?ve had before, others there eating told me they were closest to traditional Lebanese we will get. Anyway, we loved them and definitely will be back! I would also add the place wasso clean and the staff switched gloves regularly for safety in food handling. They were also so incredibly friendly! Lovelyexperience and great food! So glad to have them in Cornwall!
