I pray that I love my Po, the Great River. But I also fell in love with this huge terrace on its majestic waters. The food is good and the prices contained. The master is a nice Paduan who always welcomes us with affection and irony. You can also rent bikes for wonderful spins on the god Po's clays, at least until the painful drought dis-human will allow us to see it.
Back for a Sunday lunch. Found the simple and familiar atmosphere, lunched in the room with the fireplace lit that made everything more welcoming. Unpretentious menu but with few good quality dishes including classic fried fish with polenta. Careful and friendly service. A special mention to the locality on the Po river that flows in a large front door. Adequate distances and other respected covid regulations. Easy parking.
Enchanting view of the Po, simple and authentic trattoria as they no longer find it. Owner and very kind and friendly staff. Few dishes but good, especially meats. Honest account. Really unique place for those looking for the atmosphere of a time.
The chalet offers local cuisine, excellent meats, dry polenta and river fried fish. Our wine. The service is very spartan, but somehow it is in line with the place around it. Too refined service would be out of place. The most beautiful thing is the terrace overlooking the Po river. A natural beauty that is in the middle of such a fireplace is almost unexpected. It is also great for cycling on a spring or autumn Sunday outside the door.
