Sofia's Pizza Roast Beef - Cornish

Great tasting pizza. I haven't been there in quite some time. Great pies.... Good amount of topping. Not overcooked. My new go to pizza.

Sofia's is your run-of-the-mill pizza place where you can get all kinds of pizzas, subs and other items. We took the kids here and got them a plain cheese pizza which had a good mix of sauce and cheese (though I do always order light sauce). The crust was also really good and had a nice toasty taste and crunch. The only thing I would say is that the pizza is a bit oily, but that's easily fixed by wiping it with napkins. We also got the steak and cheese sub which had a generous portion of steak but could have used a bit more seasoning. Everyone working at the restaurant was pleasant. We couldn't find the parmesan and the people working there couldn't find the parmesan but they assured me that they would find us parmesan and sure enough they did. I will be back with the kids whenever we're in the area.
