The fried catfish was fresh, with a buttery interior and a perfectly crispy exterior. The fried okra was just right—crispy without being too bready. The fried green beans were bright and crisp. The steaks were cooked flawlessly, bursting with rich flavor that didn’t require any sauce. Even if you don’t have any other reason to visit Corning, Arkansas, make one just to dine here!
