I went there 1 hour before closing and I could feel that the staff was more concerned about closing the place than serving customers. I had to ask for napkins, fork & knive. The food was ok, although I thought it was expensive for the size of the portions. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pizza Delight:
The servers could use a training session or two in customer service. I've had meals finished before I've been given a drink (on several occasions) I always enjoy the food though. View all feedback.

Busy spot typical food for a pizza joint, right next to major shopping. Disappointed they dont offer the pizza conza anymore. Food is good restaurant is clean.
We were travelling through Corner Brook and happened upon Pizza Delight and I was truly pleased with the quality of the "Works" pizza. The server was prompt and friendly and the pizza was delicious! I didn't try the grilled bread option, but I observed other diners partaking. I would recommend the Works pizza!!
We regularly go as an office group to the Pizza Delight located in the lower level of the Millbrook Mall to celebrate birthdays. This restaurant tends to be selected due to the "eat free on your birthday" and location - close to the office. We went to lunch today and as a group went with the buffet as it takes too long to get your food when ordering off of the menu.My husband & i were the first of the group to arrive, so we decided to get started as others were arriving soon. I took what I would describe as the "scraps" of ceasar salad as I wanted to include some salad as part of my meal. For the rest of the lunch hour - the ceasar salad was not replenished, even though three members of our group requested it, as well as at least one other person at the buffet that we overheard. The reply from the staff - "no we are not replenishing the salad - it's too busy." Well, honestly, the restaurant was not that busy today - we seen it a lot busier. Most people were eating the buffet so that means the servers really only had to serve drinks for the most part. The restaurant was not full, and there were not people standing and waiting for a table as we've seen on other occasions. As to food quality - we found that the pizza and garlic fingers crusts were so tough it was difficult to cut them and eat them. Our server - disappeared after getting us our drinks (except for one person - she never did get her drink) and did not return to offer reflls or to take away dirty plates - they were piled up on the table.Everyone in our party agreed that there would be no tip left on this occasion. We are regulars at this restaurant, and both the buffet quality and the service have been better in the past.
This is the worst service I have received in a long time. It was slow and rude, and I don't understand why so many people with no customer service skills are working in these jobs. I spoke to the manager about the server, and I hope they addressed her attitude.
