Had a friend visiting from the mainland so we took him to Mudder's for fries with meat, dressing, and gravy and a loose meat hamburger. We each had a similar order. The portions were tiny, and the fries were soggy. It was also pretty expensive for the portion size. The staff were also not very friendly. First and last time for all of us. The area is also pretty sketchy. There are often beggers hanging around outside now. We were asked for money on our way in AND on our way out. Overall a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Great food, great prices, and very quick service. Fries are always tasty and fresh, and the dressing is amazing. We decided to give it a try and were delighted to have the best Fish & Chips in town. The staff even accommodated a special order of Scallops for my daughter who was participating in the Curling event. Marsha went out of her way to help us arrange a screeching-in ceremony for our group. The people were friendly and the food was delicious. Overall, a great place to eat. -Heather

Mudder's Kitchen is definitely one of the best options out there. They are open late, making it a perfect spot to grab a delicious meal after a night out at the bars. It's also a great place to treat yourself to a tasty dinner once a month after work. The potatoes here are particularly tasty!
