we love to eat there service is wonderful. although today our order was not so expected. and we have not complained to ruin our experience. everything else was as good as expected and the cheesecake was super View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Boston Pizza Corner Brook:
Long wait, no water, no forks, cold food, no napkins, told us they made the wrong pizza than told us the dough ran out. Terrible service for being our first visit from grand falls winsor. We can out for the day Xmas shopping and spent hours sitting and waiting..never going there again and I’m spreading my experience around. View all feedback.
The service at the restaurant was very slow; we waited for one hour to receive our food. The server mentioned that the special for the night was a fish bowl for $5, but we were charged $13 instead. When we brought this up with another server, they were sent back to us and were extremely rude to our entire table.
The service at the tables could be improved. There was not enough cutlery or napkins, and my gluten-free friend had to constantly flag down someone to get a refill on her drink. I was quite disappointed as the Boston Pizza in Fort McMurray, where I used to live, was amazing in comparison to this experience.
Get staff coordinated and guested seated and orders in in a sequence and timely manner
