Panda Express - Cornelius

The last 4 times we have gone to this Panda Express we were given limited options upon ordering, for example, they only had 3 or 4 entrée options and one side option. When asked if we could wait for what we want, they either gave us an extremely long wait time or said that the item is simply unavailable. 3/4 of these visits we were not able to get orange chicken, chow mien and the featured item. 2 of these visits we left without food entirely because the options were so limited. I'm not sure if this is an inventory management issue, staffing issue, or something else, but it's sad because we used to have excellent experiences here.

The only reason I'm giving this location a 2 star overall is because they need help with the online order management side of things. We had to wait 30+ minutes for a meal for two (2 bowls) because they were so busy with the drive thru and the walk in. I know they're doing their best but they need to find a way to let customers know there could be a long wait for their food.Also their parking lot was poorly constructed and very tight and difficult to get in an out of.Other than that, everything is great.

Love their orange chicken. Family meal feeds up to 5 people and some leftovers even.

Only half the dishes were available, and they were all old and rubbery. New dishes being made were a 30 min wait, and when it finally came out, they used 90 percent of it to fill drive thru and Uber eats orders. Everyone inside ended up waiting for nothing. I also watched 1 of the 8 employees tell a lady the soda machine was not working, but then when she walked out, they went and turned the key on the side and poured themselves a soda then started laughing.

Veggies are soggy ever time I eat here the beijing beef is super soft not crunchy or savory one bit! Drive thru workers seem aggressive at all timesSave your money and time and go to the Hillsboro esplanade if you would like to get your moneys worth .
