Arby's - Cornelius

My husband and I tried the two for $6 chicken ranch sandwich and enjoyed it. We wish that the cheese had been melted, but overall it was delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and we had a great time.

The General Manager, Katie, was incredibly warm and welcoming, her charisma shining through as she made sure all my needs were taken care of. Despite the busyness of the restaurant, Katie and her team worked quickly and efficiently to serve everyone. Normally, this Arby's location on East Independence Blvd is not very busy, but Katie's leadership kept the energy high and the service fast. It's clear that she motivates her crew, even when faced with challenging customers.

I love this restaurant, even though it's said to be a 10-20 minute drive away. The service may be slow, but the staff is incredibly friendly and the food is always excellent. I would give it 5 stars.

I waited for more than 15 minutes for the 3 cars in front of me to order, pay and get their food. there were only 2 cars. When I came into the window to order, she told me to wait. she never came back to take my order after she had waited a few minutes, although there was only 1 car waiting to pay and get her food. I gave up today at 9:25 after waiting for almost 20 minutes. 3 cars. I just wanted to get rid of a shake.

Eating was good, but every time I stop at this arby’s, it takes so long to order and get food when I get through the drive-thru. I was the only person in the line and it still took too long to have a drive-thru.
