The pudding cake is a must. Please bring cake forks for soon consumption!

From Bonelli (this is the correct name, Chiarosa is the brand of packaged sweets, which are also found in some Friulian shops) there are several traditional swe... read more From Bonelli (this is the correct name, Chiarosa is the brand of packaged sweets, which are also found in some Friulian shops) there are several traditional sweets of the Collio (always that are not finished... better not go in the afternoon, because the production is very limited). The most interesting is definitely presniz, halfway between its traditional version of Trieste and the Cividalese gubana; as a form recalls the latter, and in the filling comes the bitter cocoa. Excellent (but a little expensive) also cookies and shorts, which are also found in local supermarkets.
