Description

Customers have had mixed experiences at this burger joint. Some were disappointed with overcooked burgers and missing toppings, while others praised the delicious food and friendly staff. The menu is simple but has everything needed for a tasty burger. The venue may need better ventilation to avoid smelling like fried food. Overall, a recommended spot for a quick and satisfying meal, with options for gluten-free orders and late-night delivery.

I have been a customer for a while and was very happy for a while, until a few weeks ago. I don't know if they changed the cook, but the last two or three burgers I had were a joke. I always have the same cheeseburger, extra pickle bacon, gf bum and no mustard. The last burgers I got (delivered) had no lettuce and about one slice of bacon, which is a joke when you pay an extra 2 quids. All in all, I won't be going again. Here is the pic of the 13 euros burger I got, to give an idea.

Food is great but for a place that literally just does burger and chips is crazy expensive. €3 for a can of coke, not even a bottle. Would order much more frequently if it wasn’t so expensive. €25 for a burger chips and can delivered

They have a simple menu and I'm glad they stuck with that because they focused on what they do best. Food is freshly prepared and the food is great. If you are craving for burgers, this is the place to be. I only gave it a four because they got our order wrong and we ended up waiting because they have to cook the missing order. It would've been nice if it was prioritized as they did it incorrectly instead of waiting for it for a long time. The experience would've been perfect if they got it right the first time and we didn't have to wait

From the bottom of my heart..... This is the greatest burger in the universe.

It takes three to five repetitions for our order to be understood. Additionally, my name has somehow changed from Peter to Pedro. This isn’t critical, but the overall level of service has clearly declined compared to 2015, when I first visited you and when staff turnover was much lower and consistency was noticeably better.
