Burger King - Corinth

Horrible service! Lady at the window was extremely inconvenienced that I had the nerve to order from the drive thru. Order was all screwed up. I ordered 2 value meals and a burger a la cart with a couple packs of nuggets. Got home with 3 value meals, none of which I ordered and no nuggets. Go elsewhere, this ain't it

So I am giving up on the fast food service in the lake cities area. My orders are wrong every single time. I had too high hopes for Burger King thinking they would be any better but nope. I ordered a whopper meal with cheese that I paid extra for. I ended up with 2 whopper jr's with cold cheese slices not even melted and a barely warm burger. I mean, how hard is it to listen and hit the right buttons when taking someone's order?? I know I should've checked the bag before I pulled away from the drive thru but the lady in front of me was holding up the line, maybe because they messed up on her order but I wasn't trying to hold it up further. Disappointed and will not be going back to Burger King in Corinth.

This was the nastiest looking taco and they served it. It was ice cold and obviously was sitting all day. They threw a pinch of cheese on it to his the old meat. The burgers were just as bad. Will never go back there.

This will be long because my visit SUCKED but here 's the bullet points no cover at the menu board so I got soaked trying to order. They had me wait to order for a couple minutes while they got their stuff straight and I got soaked in the meantime drive thru was very backed up and slow (I was stuck in line by the time I realized) asked to pull forward to wait for fresh food (I don 't mind BUT... forgotten about while waiting at designated point for 30 MINUTES!!! no urgency by staff once I was able to let them know I was still waiting the order was still wrong after clarifying several times with two different peopleIf you want the full story, please read on.....So disappointed by my visit today. This is a new location, so I can expect some hiccups but wow. When I pulled up it was pouring rain and I thought I would just grab a quick meal for my wife (who was waiting at home) and I so we wouldn 't have to cook. We like Burger King and we 're stoked to see this location open. The drive thru was a bit backed up but it was dinner time so I didn 't think much of it. There were a couple vehicles ahead of me before I actually got to the speaker to order.When I pulled up it was dumping rain, but you can 't hear the speaker if your window is up. The young lady greeted me and asked If I could wait a second. I figured she was still working on entering an order that was ahead of me. She could have been, but it took forever. Sure sounded like she was chatting with a coworker. Meanwhile, my left side is getting soaked from the rain. (Not her fault, just very unfortunate) I finally get to order and I don 't know if her mic goes out or what, but it 's silent for over a minute (after we had started the order.... in the rain) She finally comes back and has mixed up my order already. I just wanted a #12 add bbq sauce, with a small fries and diet coke, and a bacon double cheese burger with ketchup only. I didn 't think it was a really complex order and chalked it up to rain noise, then waited as the line slowly but surely moved forward. At the first window I was greeted by a pleasant young lady and I verified that she was able to hear my order right (my wife only likes ketchup on her burger). She repeated it back to me. I paid and moved on. (Fortunately, there 's a overhang at the windows so I didn 't get wetter)At the second window I was met by a young man who was also very nice. He passed me the drink. A minute or two late he asked me if i would pull forward because they were making my chicken sandwich fresh. He was very clear where he would like me to wait. So, of course I 'll wait for fresh hot food. The line had moved kind of slow, but I chalked it up to inexperience and figured all was well. Welll....I waited. And I waited. And I waited. I checked the time on the bottom of my receipt figuring I might be just hangry. It said 6:31. It was now 6:52. I 'm a bit crippled up with my back and getting out of the car was not something I wanted to do. I tried calling the phone number on the receipt, thinking that might be the store phone number. No luck. In fact, who ever that number belongs to hasn 't even setup their voicemail. Not very professional, IMO.At 6;57 there 's finally a break in the car 's coming thru and I back up to the window and honk once. The same young man as before greets me and I tell him I never got my food. He says.... oh, my bad and turns back inside. He seemed to understand there was a mistake but none of the workers seemed to have a high gear. In fact, it looked like one was either leaving or on break and they all were chatting it up.A couple minutes later he comes back and asks, that double was with everything on it, right? I said no, ketchup only and offered my receipt back if he wanted to see my order so it was right. He said no, he remembered it. I was offered a free piece of pie that i declined

This BK was actually pretty good. Not sure if I got a fluke burger but my burger was cooked to perfection. The fries were fresh and the overall in and out and enjoyed my lunch. I wish this would have been an In and Out burger but if they keep the burgers fresh cooked when ordered man this place will be a home run!
