This is true farm-to-table, 0 km food. They produce the highest quality products and ingredients onsite in the fields of their farm. The talented chef’s use these ingredients to create the most delicious Calabrian cuisine that we had the pleasure of experiencing. All 5 of us enjoyed many items on the extensive menu for 2 days including a surprise item from the chef that we weren’t expecting that ended up being the best plate we ate the entire 16 days touring southern Italy. The servers were so gracious and accommodating, they just made the whole dining experience even more special. We will always remember The Restaurant at Relais il Mulino as our favorite.
