Agriturismo Casacchella

Back in Casacchella for the second time on the occasion of a family event and I was surprised by many novelties as from the pool right in front of the restaurant room and immersed in the green and then by the olive trees all around and a new restaurant.. We were really good. We'll be back!

For a relaxing holiday in the green of the Calabrian countryside between olive groves and citrus groves on a hill from which you can see the Jonio sea, the agriturismo Casacchella is a valid reference point in Corigliano Rossano. Structured with spacious studios furnished with great taste (and reminiscent of the Tuscan tradition), equipped with small kitchenette and veranda, it also offers a good catering service with typical Calabrian products. Negative note: the road that connects the farm to the ordinary road is reduced really bad. Dissessed and full of holes goes along with great caution to avoid car problems. The municipality should intervene.

Wonderful place surrounded by olive trees, where to regenerate and cut out a few days of peace, difficult to find a defect...the rooms are beautiful and cared for in detail, I recommend it to all people like me who love the tranquility and beauty of nature...

Although the place is well-kept (personally it doesn't suit me) they had recommended it for the excellent cuisine so we went between relatives and family for lunch in August...the we had never done:more Christmas than from August, they started to serve us late, a minimum of 45 minutes between one course and the other, not even a menu to let people know what he had eaten (with the possibility of a hypothetical person allergic to ingredients)quality of poor food and little,scadent overall,an absurd noise in the main room and rude waiters to the questions that never cared for if I were to be satisfied. One last thing,the dessert was a pastry and around a slice of watermelon and melon,and for eating little and you don't know what,high costs,even for the stay...

We went a year ago and had a great meal. All the other story today, the food was painful and the bad service. Not to mention the quality of children's food, which we had to bring back. To finish the waiters, we put their fingers in the dishes. Good-bye.
