The woman taking orders very inhospitable and not welcoming at all. The drink we were served was ridiculously over priced for the service we received. There is something very wrong with this restaurant where the food is really not suitable for consumption and the atmosphere among the staff feels very oppressive. While we only ordered traditional dishes, dishes that are easy to make, not only did we have to wait a very long time, we were served meat (all types) that was both impossible to cut and chew. The bread beforehand was old and the fries were undercooked. In short, something was wrong with everything! At checkout I was not asked if it had been satisfactory, I just indicated that myself. But I actually wanted to pay and leave as quickly as possible. After a heated discussion, but without me asking for it, the bill was greatly reduced, very correct, but it did not take away the anger and disappointment from our group of 5. Something like this can only happen if there is something structurally wrong in an organization. There is a bad atmosphere and sabotage here. Do something about it or close the case.
