The Fox Inn - Corfe Castle

During our week-long visit to the village from Canada, this restaurant quickly felt like our local spot. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy. We loved dining outside in the beautiful, spacious garden. The food was fantastic—everything was fresh and delicious, and they served the best fish and chips we've ever had! We had lunch this afternoon, and it was fantastic. The Pflugmann offered a wonderful variety of dishes with excellent flavors. The setting in the garden, with a view of Corfe Castle, was lovely as well. We'll definitely be back!

We had a large lunch, and both the adults and kids absolutely loved it! The menu featured a great mix of fish and chips, sandwiches, and authentic spices, along with other delicious options. The garden is beautiful and quite spacious, perfect for the kids to play in. The service was friendly and quick, and we really enjoyed our experience. We definitely plan to return! The kids are eager to see the foxes this weekend while we try some amazing burgers we've heard great things about. Plus, there's a lovely view of the castle from the garden—simply stunning! Thanks to the team for such a wonderful outing!

Her English village pub for a hearty lazy Sunday roast. general portions and really good service.

So nice to get back to a pub lunch and a great pub ti choose for our first in many months. Social distancing well managed, huge garden, well protected from the wind and sunny aspect, plus great views of the castle. Friendly staff and lovely food. I had the ploughman's. Kofta looked bit dry and no salad with it but other food was great.
