Every meal a gustatory experience : a harmony of seasons vegetables, textures, colours, savors ! Simply blown away. We couldn't find anything to complain about, the food modern, light and refined, sophisticated wine selection for an all round tasting with perfect accord and a lovely, polite but natural staff. We will rush back at the next opportunity ! I don't know why they don't have a Michelin star yet, they definitely deserve one. And have I mentioned the location with the view ...?
