Di solito - Córdoba

When Cordobesa, who has lived in the United States in the last ten years, I can say this is the best pizza I had in my life. It is made with high quality and fresh ingredients. Absolutely delicious! For the person who said it didn't rival American pizza... American pizza and American food in general is just rough. I had pizza in the best restaurants in New York, Chicaco, Austin TX and California and I always found it fat, simple and unimaginable. Even my Italian friends think American pizza is a joke. So if you expect a disgusting American pizza, you won't find it here.

There is a review here with the title The Best Pizza Anywhere. This is NOT the best pizza anywhere. It's a good pizza. Maybe, as another reviewer claims, it's the best in Cordoba. I can't really say... I wasn't enough pizzerias in Cordoba. It is certainly not in the same league as good pizzas in most American cities. It's okay. I enjoyed it. It's a good pizza. The crust is thin and tasty. The sauce is good. The menu is a variety of toppings. Those who like their pizzas covered with cheese will not be disappointed. (Personally, if I cooked it, I would go a little easier on the cheese and let some other flavors shine through. The menu is very limited: there is pizza and desserts, and that is it. You won't find any appetizers, for example. There are no side salads. It's pizza, pizza and more pizza. And only one size. Our waiter was very polite and often checked us. No complaints about the service. On Friday night we were there, it was crazy crowded, with a huge number of people waiting for tables. So, this is a big voice for Di Solito... a lot of people who obviously like it very much.

Foreigners: cool pizza, period : Beautiful variety and cheap prices. Owner: please, consider the delivery! haha! And.. if you are full (always, almost firm to do your system in terms of fees.

Di Solito may not be a glamorous place, may not accept credit cards, may not have the most charming service in the world... but what they have is what I think is the best pizza I have eaten all over the world. They have beautiful signature pizzas and use only the best ingredients. If you're ever in Cordoba, do yourself a favor and eat here. You're welcome!

The place lacks glamour but the pizza imprints on you, such, that you cannot take any other, anymore
