What User likes about Taco Bell:
We had to order from the kiosk, as there was no one manning the register, a common occurrence at this restaurant. There were only 3 employees working, one taking orders at the drive-thru and handling cash, another working on orders, and a poor lady managing the entire line by herself. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do not even bother trying to place an order in the dining room. The computer screen is dirty from everyone touching it and there is no one at the front cash register. It is best to just wait in the car. I prefer going to Chick-fil-A or Zaxby's for better service, as everything is superior there! View all feedback.

Everything is computer order, I ordered on line. They were a bit confused about if I had an order, once they found it, they got started on it right away.
