We had to order on the keyosk as they had no one to run the register as it is so common with the workbooks. There were 3 employees. A running drive-thru and money from the cash orders on the keyosk and handing out orders, a poor lady who saw the ENTIRE line ALONE that looked like a Streak. We had to place our order at the kiosk since there was no one available to man the register, which seems to be a common issue these days. There were three employees working: one handling the drive-thru, another managing cash orders at the kiosk, and a third distributing the orders. One poor lady was left to deal with the entire line, which felt like it went on forever. It was quite a sight! Meanwhile, another employee was working as fast as he could. Of course, there were complaints from customers all around, but I have to say, I noticed how dedicated these three employees were, giving it their all despite possibly being underpaid. And guess what? Our orders were correct and tasted great! So kudos to the staff; you really impressed me!
