Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Cordele

Stopped for DQ Raspberry Bliss blizzard and an order of onion rings only to find that DQ is closed. Take sign off of the information sign on highway if it's closed.Regular store didn't have any diet A&W root beer. So I left completely disappointed all the way around.

I play Russian roulette and stop here frequently after work. Literally 50% of the time I sit in drive thru with no answer just drive around to find everyone in a group having conversations.

I have been to multiple Dairy Queen locations and have always found my Blizzards to be consistent. However, today when I returned home, I noticed that my Blizzard looked like a large cup of plain soft serve ice cream. After pouring it out and letting it melt, I discovered only 6 pieces of cookie dough in the entire Blizzard. Additionally, I had a buy one get one free coupon but was still charged $0.99 to use it. I will not be returning to this location.

The young man who took my order was extremely kind and professional. Despite my small order, he made sure to provide excellent service. The young lady at the window was friendly with a warm smile. She mentioned that the young man was her supervisor. Both of them made my dining experience excellent.
