However, we were surprised when we got the bill: the vegetable soup recommended by the house (terrine for 2 people) was charged at €40 it was really just a down to earth soup with regional vegetables, nothing extravagant. Our astonishment was dismissively dismissed with “Germans stop”…a shame, hence 1 2 stars deducted
