I called to place an order and was left on hold for 5 minutes. When we went to pick up the bagels, they were as hard as rocks, like they were leftovers from the day before. Additionally, they had no record of my order. Very unprofessional and the bagels were terrible. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The staff at this restaurant is consistently welcoming, and the breakfast and bagels are delicious.
