The food is great and our cashier was very respectful. However, the supervisor was present during the time that I went and her behavior was unacceptable. She was more than disrespectful to her fellow coworkers and was particularly rude to the people of color. One of my least satisfactory visits from Panera. The employees decided forget about us and turn off the lights. To be fair it was late but check who's in the store before starting to close or at least let me know if we needed to leave. They seemed pretty dismissive of the mistakes made. Made me feel a bit unwelcome to comeback to this Panera anytime soon.

Really good food and the service is always spot on. The usually busy, so the atmosphere is crowded and uninviting, but still doable.
Polite and helpful staff. Store was clean. Service was fast.
Went to get a latte the other day but they couldn't make one. Today I got one and it tastes like plain milk... I guess the espresso machine is still broken ?
