What User doesn't like about Ihop #3175:
The food was good. But some were boiled. The restaurant needs good cleaning. They had photo papers for the menu I guess they wouldn't reuse them. But then they had a special menu that was laminated that it was reused. It doesn't make sense. The cutlery had stuff from the dishwasher and I could scratch it off. But the staff was friendly. The food was great. The service was good. The heat wasn’t on; it was freezing today. The ceiling tiles are stained from a leak. Some are opened up for some obvious maintenance issue. Looking at the reviews, these issues have been ongoing for a least a month. Ugh.
