I've loved Cookies Dreams since they started in Davenport. Now living in Coralville, I frequent the IRL and usually get my cookie fix. Overall, C D makes an amazing cookie perfection. However this location has dismal customer service and consistently lacks inventory. I've visited twice now recently and there's been just 3 4 cookies available, which I could understand around closing time but not early in the day. Want a flavor they've featured on social media? It's unlikely you'll find it here. Hoping this is location overcomes the staffing and inventory issues because it's such a great addition to the IRL.
So good! Every time I'm nearby I make it a point to stop in. Best cookies I've had aside from Grandma's. Super rich and creative cookies.
Absolutely great customer service! All I did was buy 1 cookie for my son and the gal who waited on us was very friendly and complimentary! I WILL go again, and I’ll treat myself next time!!
I ordered online for pick up and order wasn’t ready and they were out of what I ordered with no explanation
