The people at Charleys is so rude, so everytime I try to make an order they cancel it. Then when I call an tell the guy what's going on he barely give a me a chance and hangs up on me,so I guess they're mad because I made a complaint once about the food not being right what I ordered. I went to the restaurant and placed an order for two door locks. The woman at the counter said the order was ready but asked me to wait for 30 minutes so she could get two drinks for me to have with my lunch. However, after waiting for 40 minutes, I did not receive the drinks. The woman, who I assume is the manager, did not handle the situation in a way that a manager should. I was very disappointed with the service.
The cashier was rude and unhelpful. Their behavior almost deterred me from leaving a review, but I felt compelled to share my experience. The responses from the corporate office were unimpressive and seemed disingenuous. The food was subpar and overpriced, and I am amazed that Charleys has managed to establish itself as a brand in just two years. It felt like an expensive and flavorless disappointment. These kinds of franchises should not survive if they cannot maintain a sustainable business model. The turnover rate for employees is high, which is a clear sign of underlying issues. It would be better for them to focus on selling high quality sandwiches at a fair price.
The staff at Charleys is extremely rude. Every time I try to place an order, they cancel it. When I called to explain the situation, the employee barely listened and hung up on me. It seems they are upset because I previously complained about receiving the wrong food. It is unacceptable to treat paying customers this way. I will be contacting the store and the Better Business Bureau because no customer should be treated so disrespectfully.
We ordered on Grubhub but they didn’t give us half of our order and they didn’t make the other sandwich right.
Great food my choice was the Italian good price very friendly people
