The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a mistake with our order, but this was addressed quickly. The overall food quality wasn?t the very best, but everything was good. (The fries could have been fresher, burger hotter, etc. The location is easy to get to. I've visited this restaurant three times, and each time they've messed up my order. During my most recent visit, the manager was incredibly rude and argued with me, insisting that I ordered something I didn't. Eventually, they gave me the correct food, but they forgot the sauce. To top it off, the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an hour.
I visited the drive-thru at 11 am during the lunch rush and ordered two burgers, a fish sandwich, and a chicken sandwich. My meal was served promptly, and the person at the window was very professional and polite.
The burger was decent, but the onion rings were missing, and the wrap was not satisfactory. The lettuce in the wrap was brown and unappetizing, and the chicken was served cold.
The restaurant had a great level of cleanliness, and the staff was both friendly and accommodating. Although there was a mistake with our order, it was resolved promptly. While the overall quality of the food wasn't exceptional, everything was enjoyable. (The fries could have been a bit fresher, and the burger could have been served hotter.) The location is convenient and easy to access, making it a great stop for anyone traveling between I-80 and 380, whether going or coming back.
This Burger King is the worst I've ever visited! The customer service is terrible, the staff is insufficient, and there seems to be a total lack of concern for customers. Having managed a BK myself years ago, I know this is far below the standard they should maintain. While being short-staffed can happen, the rude attitudes of the employees make the situation even worse. It's completely unacceptable! We ordered a 2 for $10 deal, which included two chicken sandwiches, two small fries, and two drinks, yet we waited over 30 minutes. We placed our order at 8 PM and were still waiting at 8:40 PM.
