Not the best or most friendly customer service. Not with employees are bad, but most. Managers overlook the misconduct of employees. Looking for ketchup in the lobby will take 4 months before someone decides to fill it View all feedback.

A chicken sandwich ordered in house style. It was dried and hard. There was only one person eating next to us. Don't go back to Wendy's.
Customer service was great, the food was good and the place was clean.
23 minutes in the drive through just to get and find the baconator large meal that my son wanted they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich. No receipt in my bag or handed to me so I have no way to argue the order. Three Wendy's in my area none can give the correct orders.
