time eating here and we were pleasantly surprised at the excellent service. Customer service is very hard to find nowadays and we found it. From sitting down to the bill, our waiter was on point! Respectful, fast, polite, suggestive, conversational but not too much, just all around awesome. tip I have left in a long time but well deserved! our experience was not great. the waiter seemed inexperienced and lacked the ability to create our meals. our burner was faulty, and we have spent too much time repairing or finding it. it was a very disappointing experience, and we will not return to this place again. there are other melting pots that are so amazing. this place needs a lot of work with the employees skills, skills and presentation. My absolutely FAVORITE Restaraunt ever! The Coral Springs Melting Pot is from the beginning to the end of the first class. Greetings at point. Server fantastic! And even the manager stopped by to see that everything was perfect! Thanks for being the best. And for the Yummiest!!!! I You Meting Pot!!!
My 5-star rating must go to Cassidy. She's by far the best server I know. Your personality seems to be the whole experience. It is the “The Melting Pot Experience”. I had them a few times randomly as a server, but I will definitely ask them now. Cassidy You make the experience fun and exciting and thank you!! And as always the food was excellent!
When I dined here with my beautiful girlfriend, I felt like a royal to leave the staff from walking all the way, with full tumbling went over and beyond! I will admit that at first I was hesitant with cooking my own food, but it was so much fun and the waitress mafe me to feel so comfortable with the concept! I can't say enough praise for The Melting Pot and his staff! We'll be back soon!
My family went from Miami for this fondue dinner. I went to the Melting Pot on Sunset Drive many years ago. I liked it then, but the meal we had last night was excellent! I recommend the Endless Fondue Special. Great server too!
We made the 40 minute trip on New Years Eve and it was worth it. Everything was perfect starting with 2 glasses of champagne. Always a great dining experience. We ordered the Yin and Yang for dessert and it was delicious. Our servers were outstanding and our glasses were never empty.
