Miller's Ale House - Coral Springs

I had the Friday special prime rib French dip sandwich and it was really delicious. It cost about $14.99 and was a nice, tasty sandwich. I also had a couple of drinks with my meal and everything was pretty good overall. The restaurant now has some new specials, like $6.99 zingers on Mondays and $8.99 wings on Tuesdays, which happen to be some of my favorites.

My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately ruined by my server, Sebastian. It was my first and last time eating here because of him. Sebastian was rude, did not smile, and pretended not to hear us when we tried to get his attention. When we had issues with our drinks, he ignored us and stonewalled our attempts to communicate with him. The manager was also unhelpful, not checking in on our meal experience. We felt ignored and had to constantly flag down Sebastian for assistance. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience overall. The food was not good, with the steak being dry and small. I even suspect that the poor service may have had a racial component, as we noticed a discrepancy in how different customers were treated. I would recommend hiring friendlier staff who actually care about customer satisfaction. My drink was also unsatisfactory, I repeatedly asked for correction but was continuously assured that it was correct. How is raspberry lemonade yellow? Sebastian needs to step up his game. I give this restaurant a rating of below one star and suggest they improve their service standards.

First time shedding a tear,THERE is no REASON A BURGER should be this good,and the fries are magical,it's like the perfect seasoning and don't get me started on the bun,it's so soft but not too soft but rips with every bite,so lovely. Picked up a queso burger thank you Jesus. Also woman with the black hair and nose piercing (i don't know her name)is so nice and always remembers my name, she's so nice,love her(other staff are too when I pick too). Ordered at 12, close to closing and my food was like they just opened.I always order from here beautiful food.

I am truly impressed with the service at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the manager Jose was attentive and accommodating. The bartenders, Zach and Lynda, were also fantastic. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family. Thank you, Ale House Coral Springs, for a job well done!

This is actually my fourth time visiting Miller's Ale house and I can honestly say the food hasn't disappointed me yet. Every always comes out pretty quickly. The food is always fresh and taste amazing. The garlic bread is definitely not my favorite, the taste is kind of blane. I can say that Captain Jack buried Treasure is one of my favorite desserts and there's television everywhere so it ones of the best spots to caught a game or two.
