However, during my second visit on Friday, March 10th, the experience was quite different. The girl at the door in the second window was not as polite as the first. Her tone suggested she just wanted to get me through the process, as she bluntly told me to wait for my order without any warmth.

The combination of cake batter, red raspberry, and cookie butter pieces is absolutely incredible! OMG, it's amazing!
These gelatos are truly refreshing and absolutely delicious.
It said they had a flavor but when I got it I received nothing. They had giving me a coupon for a free small item but I had gotten a large item. They should say if they have a flavor or not. They totally ripped me off.
I was welcomed with a smile and a cheerful demeanor at the window, which set a positive tone right from the start! I also got to sample some delicious flavors. I highly recommend the sour green apple; it adds an exciting twist when paired with anything! I’m really looking forward to the return of peach so I can give that a try as well! One request: could you consider offering dairy-free soft serve? I’d love to experience a gelato and ice combo, but unfortunately, I'm lactose intolerant. Thank you!
