Fuji Sushi Cafe - Coral Springs

I really enjoy the food here; everything I’ve had so far has been delicious, clean, and fresh. When I pick up my order, the lady at the front makes sure everything is correct and in order.

I was looking to try a new restaurant since I hadn't found one that impressed me, and this place was fantastic! I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi, and it was delicious and generously portioned. The rice was excellent, and I really enjoyed the hibachi noodles as well! The salad was good too.

The outside is pretty unassuming but the inside is cozy and warm. The waitress, while being the only one in the place, was quick to greet us, seat us, and give us our menus! Sweet, a bit of brine, awesome. We ordered the snow white roll, some soup, a hand roll, some hamachi, and the shishito peppers. Everything came out fairly quick and super flavorful. Our tea glasses were never empty for long and even with a surprise final roll, we didn't spend that much. I'd highly recommend coming here if you are in this part of Coral Springs, FL.

So...I love sushi love it! And I have to say this place is good. Great service very friendly staff, actually feels like your at a friend's house for dinner. The prices are the best around. I will deff return and recommend.
