What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
I rated this restaurant 3 stars because I placed my order on the way, but it wasn't prepared when I arrived. I had to wait 15 minutes for my coffee. They definitely need to hire more staff to better serve their customers. On the positive side, my coffee and sandwich were both good. I hope that next time I can give them 4 or 5 stars! Hot coffee tastes like plain hot water. No taste or strength to it at all. Horrible. My bagel was stale too. It’s literally just a waste of money going to Dunkins nowadays.
The lady here was rude didn’t say anything looks like she is miserable being here that’s OK because I’m going to call corporate on Monday
Ordered through uber eats, got my order wrong. Ordered a matcha latte with less ice, they gave me alot of ice and less liquid. Worst part is that they didn't even mix it properly and there's sugar and matcha powder sitting at the bottom.
Go to room for my Dunkin coffee there is usually always a line, but it goes fast and service is fantastic and with a smile
I like this Dunkin Donuts location. I've been with a couple and this is nice and fast with my online orders, I don't have to wait when I'm here.
