Chicken Salad Chick - Coral Springs

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I was very excited to try this place because I love chicken salad and I would read good things about this place. But I was extremely disappointed, it sucks spending money on horrible food. I ordered a Jalapeño Holly croissant BLT. The croissant wasn't toasted, it was dry. The bacon was cold. The chicken salad itself was hard, it wasn't enjoyable to eat. It felt dry and hard. It wasn't smooth like other salads I've eaten. The sandwich also came with a soup, so I ordered a brócolli and cheese soup. It was so cold. It was unfortunate that I had such a horrible experience especially it being take out. I couldn't say anything. Not to mention, the service sucks. The girl at the register took 20 minutes to attend 2 ladies, knowing their was a huge line behind them waiting. The ambiance is okay... the smell in their though.... smells so bad in there, I got nauseous and lost my appetite for a second. I won't be visiting again.

This place is great, the food and service are amazing!

Poorly trained customer service. When asking the order taker for recommendations, he said he never tried the item I inquired about. I asked him about another item and he said he doesn 't eat most of the food here because he 's vegetarian. I respect that but give me feedback from other crew members or customers such as this is a very popular item . Chicken and soup were good but the side item was inedible. Will not return.

Kid-friendliness: My kids really enjoy it as well! There are plenty of great options for them beyond just chicken salad.

As a principal at a local school, I ordered lunch for my team as a Thanksgiving treat, and I couldn't be happier with our choice. The owner personally delivered the meal, which was a lovely touch. The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. We will certainly consider this fantastic establishment for future events and orders. The customer service was outstanding, and we tried a variety of chicken salads, salads, sandwiches, mac and cheese, and more. Everyone was raving about how great the food was, and the portion sizes were generous too!
