Burger King - Coral Springs

The service at this Burger King has generally been disappointing, except for a brief moment when they hired a caring female employee. Recently, during a heavy rainstorm, they refused to take orders through the drive-thru and even locked one of the entrance doors, forcing me to get soaked while trying to get around to the other side. I ended up driving to another Burger King near the university, which consistently provides good service. Unfortunately, the location on Rehearsal Road has had poor service for over 22 years since I’ve lived in Coral Springs.

I had such a poor experience with the service. The lady who was working there was really unhelpful, especially when I tried to get a burger at 9:30. I didn’t catch her name, but I definitely won’t be going back to Burger King again.

A lot of customer service. someone asked to see the manager and when they came out, they wouldn't stop screaming at the customers and the workers, they wouldn't stop swearing. customers who were already there had to complain that they were eating cold. also the place is just a chaos, the tables were not clean and no one seems to care. I would never come back.

Bad customer service. There was no one in the restaurant and the order still was slow and wrong I order large hot coffee and they brought me iced coffee.cashier was very rude as well I'll never go back to this location.

This is the closest Burger King to me now and I could not be happier. This Burger King is very on-point unlike some other ones I have been to.The people have always been polite and the service has been fast and although the food has been correct and tasted as it should.I usually pass through to use the coupon deals that I received in the mail and have not had a problem using the coupons even through the drive-thru which I have had issues with that other locations. A great stop for a quick bite on a rough day.
