After moving from Brickell to coconut grove I was looking for Szechuan near by but that is hard to find. I came across ubereats and saw this place and looked up the Yelp reviews and felt confirmed that this is a place to try. I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp- spicy. They put chili powder on it, perfectly fried and large and juicy. I will definitely order here again but I am still on my search for Szechuan. If you... View all feedback.
What Nicholas L doesn't like about Wu’s Kitchen Wines:
Chicken and broccoli was pretty bad, tasted and smelled like they just steamed all 3 together with little to no seasoning or sauce. Chicken was totally white, bland and flavorless but pungent with the smell of the broccoli, which was still undercooked (the broccoli not the chicken, want to make it clear that the chicken was not raw). I'm not going back, but I hope they do something to give this dish a little flavor. View all feedback.
Something about me is i'm going to eat a garlic broccoli dish up! Wu's, i love youFood: 5/5
My wife overheard someone saying that Wu's was her favorite Chinese take-out restaurant. We tried it. We ordered beef with vegetables, pork fried rice, spring rolls, and egg rolls. The only thing which was good was the steamed white rice which came with the beef dish. The beef was so chewy that we only ate the vegetables. The pork-fried rice was dry and totally flavorless. The egg rolls and spring rolls had indistinguishable fillings with no flavor which was discernible over the fried flavor of the wrapping. The Moral of the Story: Never trust a recommendation from an unknown source.
Pretty expensive and the quality is not good. The worst chicken fried rice I've had. It didn't have flavor and was very dry.
The very worst fried rice and Chinese food I've had and to top it off over priced, the rice was soggy with flavorless meat, the barbecue pork ribs dried and taste like bad , old left overs , Lo mein noodles over cooked and with too much soy sauce, I guess in an effort to try to add some sort of flavor, the orange chicken was loaded with way too much flour, the egg rolls were not crispy and the dough too thick . I've had chicken fried rice from Traders Joes and is by far much much better. This hole in the wall located in Coral Gables shouldn't be operating it gives Chinese food a bad name. My rating is less than one star, but I'm forced to give a one star rating in order to post this review. I Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I am also dumbfounded by the good ratings given by other customer, seriously HOW!
I'm not sure how this place received the rating it has. This could possibly be the WORST Chinese food I've ever had. The Generals chicken was a disgusting! The breading was a soggy mess. I've never seen this dish made like this. HORRIBLE, and it tasted like vinegar. Sadly, our dinners went directly into the trash. We will never order from this place again.
