The mojitos were quite disappointing! Marcelo, our waiter, was very nice and friendly. He recommended the octopus appetizer, which was exquisite. We also ordered five types of cured meats: salam, prosciutto, gorgonzola dolce, pecorino toscano, and the standout was definitely the caciotta di tartufo—fit for a king! Our third appetizer was burratina, which was just okay. Overall, I wasn't too impressed. I suggest they... View all feedback.
I came in for a drink after dinner and have returned several times because of the bartender and staff. Marshall, Jorge, and Crane are among the best bartenders I've ever encountered. Not only are all the drinks fantastic, but the hospitality is top-notch. The atmosphere is wonderful, and sitting at the bar is truly enjoyable. It's an old-school martini bar that stays open until midnight, which is a big advantage. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
Marshall provided an exceptional experience today for my sister and her son visiting from Tampa. He exemplified professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding service. Marshall truly went above and beyond, making our time at the historic Biltmore property unforgettable. Thank you, Marshall!

We inquired about this, but the waiter explained that the restaurant and bar speakers are connected, allowing us to use our phones to play music instead.
I'm here to call five stars for the safe return of bars in miami during these crazy times. the cellar club is located in the lower lobby of the biltmore hotel and was always a good place to take a drink. I think the last time I was there, I was brautmaid in a high time and a few of us came for a quick cocktail pre-ceremony. fast forward to last night, where I went for a wee with two of my friends. this is an indoor bar, and it is on the smaller side. there are some tables on both sides that fit 3 guests, and a bar that sits socially distant about 2. they have plexiglas on the bar to separate the bartender from the gast. bravo, as far as the little tables are concerned, they are quite far apart and so I felt super comfortable hanging out there. each table has a bottle of hand sanitary, and the personal wears masks all the time. jorge was our bartender and he was great. I decided for sancere, my friend got a delicious looking French martini and my other friend a sav blanc. we also have a promotional board. they can order 3 items from their meat / cheese menu for $20 or 5 for $25. no brain spin to get $5 for $25. the pearsalami and truffle cheese were my favorite. will definitely be back. not in connection with the cellar, but I am always so grateful that the biltmore has so much parking space and it is free! Not many luxury hotels in miami can use free parking spaces that are a total number of drinks and dits in the biltmore for a cocktail visit.
Ask for Desiree. She will help you get familiar with the menu, and she likely knows how to pour you even the most obscure cocktail. Excellent setting and mood.
