Though the restaurant is situated in a bustling area of Coral Gables, the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. The servers are friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and they're more than willing to veganize any dish upon request. There's also a woman, possibly related to the owner, who consistently checks in to ensure everything is going well and offers suggestions specifically for vegan diners.

What Mrs Truth doesn't like about Miss Saigon Bistro:
I have to be honest, this restaurant deserves no stars. I ordered the lemon grass chicken meal and what I received was curried onions with two pieces of chicken. A big no! The food did not fit the description and this place is a no for me. The curry taste was so overwhelming. I’m so disappointed that they wasted my time and money smh View all feedback.
Love this place. The service is awesome and the food is authentic!
Easily one of the best Asian restaurants I've ever experienced. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to my mother's special needs. I had the Pho Miss Saigon Special, and GOD I was blown away. I've never had oxtail before but I loved it. I had also never had the coffee they served with the press over the cup. TL;DR 10/10 go check them out NOW.
Disappointing. Fish did not taste fresh. Veggies nice. Otherwise ain't what they used to be. Their soups are popular.
We stopped by for a weekday lunch hoping for a good fresh meal. Overall we were rewarded with a very good meal at a reasonable price. We sat outside on the street they've turned into a plaza. It's delightful to sit out here. So many good places dot the street. We order the Bun, basically vermicelli noodles with some lettuce, sprouts and dressing. Plus a protein and if you go deluxe, a shrimp and spring rolls. I really like the rolls. Packed with flavor. The chicken with my noodle dish was a bit forgettable which is a shame because the other parts of the dish worked quite well. A little too much dressing. But again, we enjoyed it overall and it's a great choice if you're looking for something outside the ordinary. It came quickly and service was really efficient. Got my water refilled promptly without asking for example.
On the Hunt for the best restaurants in Miami this is one of them. The food specifically the pho is amazing, reminds me of home. The service was excellent as well. I been here a few times already always order the same thing. The servers are friendly attentive. Never do I have to ask for a refill on hot tea because they pay attention, which I really appreciate from a customer perspective. The overall experience is what I would expect of a pho place. The ambience when I go is usually chill not overcrowded, which has a calming effect in itself. I plan to make this my go to pho spot for the time being while in Florida :
